I've passed along info on the top places to ski in the world, but skiing and snowboarding are two different things, and what may be a good ski park may not necessarily be a good snowboarding park. So snowboarders, here's your chance to read up on the top places to snowboard in the U.S. And, if you have any other suggestions, please do share.

1. Whistler- Blackcomb, B.C., Canada. Featuring a sweet mile-high vertical drop, great beginner slopes and now the distinction of being the home to the 2010 Winter Olmpics, there is something for everything here.

2. Big Sky, Montana. This resort is BIG, consisting of two mountains - Lone Mountain and Andesite Mountain. About an hour from Bozeman, Big Sky has hundreds of acres of expert terrain, and plenty of wide, groomed trails down both sides.
